About Us Baby Be Hip is a web-based specialty retailer offering cute and practical items primarily for infants and toddlers, including basic necessities such as burp cloths, bibs, towels and blankets as well as fun and functional items such as dishware, furniture and toys. Formed in 2002 and headquartered in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Baby Be Hip is a nationally recognized brand serving thousands of customers in nearly every state and several foreign countries.Our company strongly believes in giving back to the community. Every year we donate a portion of our profits to organizations that greatly help children and in particular have been important to Colleen’s family. Over the years we have donated to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, The Sunshine Hope Foundation and The Society of St. Gianna Beretta Molla in Warminster, PA. Colleen Mook, President & CEO Colleen was raised in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Mount Saint Joseph’s Academy in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. Following her 1994 graduation from Villanova University with a degree in Marketing, Colleen worked as a reinsurance property underwriter for General Reinsurance in New York and Philadelphia. After leaving GenRe to become a stay-at-home mom to her first child, Colleen noticed that she was having trouble finding stylish baby products for the fashion-forward mom. She proceeded to found Baby Be Hip under the corporate name CEO Designs, LLC in 2002. Colleen resides in Horsham Township with her husband, Brad, and their three children.
