Shipping Policy

PACKAGING:

All products, unless specified, come in our signature gift box & ribbon.
We package most orders in pink or blue tissue paper in a white box tied with pink or blue polka-dotted ribbon. A gift card is included if requested.  Some items sourced through third-party manufacturers will ship directly from that manufacturer, and thus not in Baby Be Hip signature packaging.  This will be noted on the product page.

SHIPPING:

Domestic orders that ship direct from Baby Be Hip are shipped by US Priority Mail. Please allow two weeks for items to ship (though items ship sooner when possible). Rates are determined by the US Postal Service based on weight and destination.
International orders that ship direct from Baby Be Hip will ship via US Priority Global Mail.  Due to limited integration capabilities with the US Postal Service website, our website checkout process does not accept international orders.  If you wish to ship Baby Be Hip merchandise outside the United States, you may indicate such through the Contact Us page or by phone (215-909-6859). We will process your order manually with little or no difference in your delivery time.
Items that ship from third parties will not necessarily ship via US Priority Mail.  The shipping method will appear as Priority Mail when you checkout, since this is the engine we use to calculate shipping charges.  The charges will approximate the cost of the shipping method used by the third party.  Items that ship from third parties will note this on the product page.
