Frustrating...
I am reviewing the experience with my order, not the product itself.Baby be hip is extremely frustrating in terms of customer service. I had a question about 2 orders. I received 2 emails stating my "cart was empty" after I had completed my purchases! They will not accept phone inquiries, the message on the voice mail says they do not have enough personnel to respond to phone inquiries. They did not respond to emails in any personal way, so I had to wait to see if the orders were processed. I gave it 2 stars because the products were delivered. All in all a frustrating experience.
