Shipping & Returns

Customer satisfaction is so important to us, because without you we wouldn’t be here. So, we try to be fair with our policies. Feel free to call us if you have any questions or wanna chat.

Now for the fine print or the details that no one wants to read but that really matter and we follow.

  • All sales are final on personalized items. We hope you understand because your personalized unique gift was made just for you to order with lots of love and care.
  • Sometimes things happen where the spelling for the gift was wrong. We hate when that happens too so we will work with you. If it is a mistake on the customer’s part (that’s you), we are able to re-do the order at 30% off the retail price so that it is corrected. If a name is spelled incorrectly and it is an error on our part, we will re-do the order for you at no cost to you because hey, it's our mistake. No need to send the wrong one back, it's yours. 
  • We’ll accept product returns on most non-personalized products in “as-new” condition within 30 days. Contact us by email in advance to discuss the circumstances of the return and receive instructions.
  • In the unlikely event that a personalized ceramic product breaks in the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours to request a replacement. 
  • Our ceramics ship directly from the talented artist so you will not receive a picture of your order (boo!) but they always look great. Ceramics take 2-4 weeks and if you order ceramics and something else, they will ship in two shipments but we will alert the recipient.
  • Most of our personalized orders ship directly from Baby Be Hip within a week (sometimes less). We try our best to get things out asap. If we are running behind or out of stock on an item, we will give you a heads-up.
  • You will receive an email with a picture of your order prior to it shipping out. We love doing this and hope you love it too. Ceramics will not get a picture, sorry (see above).
  • And of course, all items are made with lots of TLC by Moms who care. They will be beautifully packaged and ready to impress and it’s all included. A handwritten gift note is all part of it too. No signature wrapping  for ceramics.
  • We will send you a message with your tracking details when your order ships. We ship US Priority Mail. We have tracking numbers for each package that goes out, and are able to look up the location of the package or contact the post office in the location of the recipient, just like you. But sometimes, things happen (wrong address, they moved, unclaimed – we’ve seen it all). If a package is left unclaimed, the post office will hold it at their nearest location and the recipient can pick it up at any time. However, after a period of time, the package may be sent back to us at Baby Be Hip. Once we receive it we will contact you, and we are happy to re-send it (with additional shipping costs) to a different address so we can ensure delivery.
  • All orders over $75 (not including shipping or, if applicable, sales tax) shipping to a single domestic destination now get automatic Free Shipping. (No need for a coupon code. Woo-hoo! we love that upgrade!) If you spend more than $75 but ship to multiple domestic locations, you'll get free shipping to the location(s) for which the order portion (not including shipping or, if applicable, sales tax) exceeds $75. Any domestic destination for which the order value is less than $75 will be subject to a $7 shipping charge.
  • If you are shipping internationally, you will be charged an additional amount for shipping costs. It gets expensive shipping overseas so we will charge you the actual shipping cost. Give us a call or send us an email. Just remember that shipping charges are calculated based on weight so take that into account.
