5 WAYS TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR KIDS ACTIVE THIS WINTER

The cold, snowy winter weather may get in the way of your daily gym routine or outside run – but that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to stay active during these winter months! We’ve rounded up a few tips for you modern moms to keep you and your kids moving and active this winter:

1. Get outside: Bundle up and head outside – for snowman building, sledding, or even just a walk around the neighborhood. Some time outside will keep everyone happy and feeling active!

3. Walk the mall: Try taking a brisk walk through the mall to get moving! Put your little ones in the stroller and make shopping your exercise for the day.

5. Start spring cleaning: Why not use the snow days stuck inside to start some spring cleaning? Get everyone in the family up and active by cleaning out closets, bedrooms, and the playroom! You’ll be moving around and making your house cleaner – a win for everybody!
